Neither You use Internet access or not, the monthly fee is a 'constant fee' and it applies to your account every month. 
If You're outside or just have no need to use your Internet access, please take care to setup a semi-disconnect procedure for some time period (1+ month). 
You can do this by moving to the 'Temporary disconnection' monthly fee plan which costs a low as 6 UAH/months (it should be done via personal account)

Please avoid to use Avast! Antivirus

Very often it may be blocking you from running a program or accessing web page, which you know is totally safe. Some time passes and everything seems be OK. However, in a while the issue can persist again. 

Please use every other antivirus software (for example like free Panda Antivirus, A.V.G. or Avira - all of them have free-2- use applications, or any other antivirus software like Eset Smart Security, etc.). 

Please notice that we can't asset a new trouble ticket about any network issues if there's Avast still installed on your PC.

Dear wifi router-owners!
We noticed an unresolved issue with some routers (elder-series only). It took place not far ago.
The problem appears as complete reset-to-default of all pre-defined settings (which is made by a malefactor, however) so it is necessary to do setup procedure again (choosing 'PPPoE access' in the list).
This can take place because of the old firmware which should be updated ASAP manually.
There are some examples of the series with old firmware inside: ASUS, Dlink DIR 100, DIR300, DIR320, Totolink, Netgear, etc.
